I have wanted to photograph the Oregon coast for several years. Having seen many photographs in magazines and other publications, I have researched images online, and had put it on my photography "bucket list." So recently my wife and I decided to take a trip to Oregon and do just that. At first, the idea was to go to a specific place and spend a couple of days there to photograph the area. The original idea was subsequently expanded to include more of the Oregon Coast. So, for several days we explored not only our first spot, which was Bandon, but also a sizable portion of the points north along Highway 101. What an exceptionally beautiful coastline! This image was one of the images I captured along the way. I neglected to record exactly where this was captured.
