Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

On volcanic beach in Hawaii on the island of Kauai, I was photographing the water late in the day. It was quite dark and overcast, and almost gloomy standing there watching and firing away with my camera. Suddenly the setting sun behind me broke through the overcast, and an intense beam of light lit up the water in an isolated spot. Almost as soon as the shaft of light played on the surface of the water, a series of waves moved through the pool of light, and I captured this image. The light disappeared in less than a minute.
Light fascinates me. It changes constantly, and never stops creating new versions of even familiar objects and scenes we look at every day. It can surprise and awe me on a daily, or even minute by minute basis, and make me want to stop and watch what it does. It creates a multitude of moods, and enriches the human experience in a way that most things don't. I love to capture it in images frozen by my camera. Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy these images.
