Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

I took a walk during a lull in the parade of customers attending an art show I was participating in. I let my co-worker take over for a few minutes while I looked around the grounds of the nursery where the show was located. I grabbed my camera and took it with me, knowing that opportunities can arise unexpectedly. As I walked around, I found numerous subjects to capture. I walked around a building and came upon this wonderful old truck. Its paint was peeling, fungus was growing on it, and it was in a general state of decay. But it was a fascinating subject to capture, and this is one of the images that resulted. Later I converted the image to black and white.

About David Lunde

David Lunde

Light fascinates me. It changes constantly, and never stops creating new versions of even familiar objects and scenes we look at every day. It can surprise and awe me on a daily, or even minute by minute basis, and make me want to stop and watch what it does. It creates a multitude of moods, and enriches the human experience in a way that most things don't. I love to capture it in images frozen by my camera. Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy these images.
